Acer Global Launch Event, 2020

21:00, Oct.21th, 2020, Acer started its global launch event titled “Connected Together”, whose mission is to connect people together with the help of technology. The launch event exhibits its products in three scenes: smart home, design studio and gaming space, and launces a series of innovative and leading products.

In the launch event, Acer and Porsche Design confirmed their cross-border cooperation, and launched a top-level notebook with high-tech and simple design, named Porsche Design Acer Book RS (limited edition). The notebook is undoubtedly the main focus of attention in the event.

Porsche Design Acer Book RS (limited edition) has passed the tests of Intel Evo (a really hard one). It has both significant design style and efficient performance. The lightweight carbon fiber design and the carbon fiber cover using the diamond-cut-CNC-machined technology make the notebook a distinctive style. The latest 11th Gen Intel Core processor and the Intel Iris Xe GPU enable it to seamlessly cruise through anything that comes up in a day’s work. It features a touchscreen that is covered with a layer of Antimicrobial Corning Gorilla Glass and an exclusive full set of accessories.

To meet people’s new demand in the new working environment, Acer’s business series-TravelMate has launched three new products: TravelMate Spin P4 (convertible laptop with touchscreen), TravelMate P4 (powerful but both light and thin), and TravelMate P2 (seamlessly cruise through anything that comes up in a day’s work). The three commercial notebooks are all equipped with the 11th Gen Intel Core processor, and support 3SIM to connect to 4G LTE network.
